How to implement Social Sign-on for Salesforce Communities

Hey Everyone,

In this blog post, we are going to implement Social Sign-on for Salesforce Lightning Communities which are now known as Digital Experiences.

To implement the social sign-on, we are using LinkedIn as an Identity provider and Salesforce as a Service provider.

Output

Perquisite to this blog post

  1. Communities must need to be enabled
  2. You already have one community created ( optional )

Step1 – Create an Auth. Provider

Go to Setup -> Identity -> Auth. provider and then click on new

Use below code for the required apex class.

Step2 – Setup salesforce digital experience

Go to setup -> Digital Experience -> All Sites

Now, Click on Builder to open Builder and Click on Workspace to open Workspace
