Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to appear in this exam, the only prerequisite it takes is the zeal to learn and a lot of hands-on practice on admin concepts.
Who is this exam for?
The exam is for any individual who wanted to showcase their Salesforce admin, various features, and different tools/products used in day-to-day Salesforce admin jobs.
Also, Salesforce recommends that the candidates should have min 6 months or more experience as a Salesforce admin.
About the Exam
- Exam Questions: 60 multiple-choice/multiple-select questions and 5 non-scored questions
- Total Time is given to complete the exam: 105 minutes
- % for passing the exam: 65%
- Registration fee: USD 200 plus applicable taxes as required per local law
- Retake fee: USD 100 plus applicable taxes as required per local law
