Yes, WhatsApp has announced to integrate with Salesforce!! But what was the need? Why Salesforce only? What impact will it make on business and technical terms? Too many questions, forming the big question mark in the brain, right? No worries, we are here to the rescue 😇.

To answer all your questions and put light on “amalgamation between Whatsapp and Salesforce”, we have decided to come up with Series on “Whatsapp + Salesforce Integration”.

Is this Series for me?

This series is designed for anyone who is interested in learning Whatsapp + Salesforce Integration. All you need to do is to have a learning curiosity and some below per-requisites to make the most out of this series:

  • Foundational Salesforce.com knowledge
  • Basic functional knowledge on Whatsapp
  • Basic Understanding of LWC
