Introduction
Your business has asked you to develop a flow and add that flow into the Service Console Utility bar so that it will help Service Representatives to maximize their productivity while checking the status of the case or creating a new case while on the phone with customer.
Requirement Breakdown
- The users have the ability to select what they want, either check the status of an existing case or create a new case.
- When Checking the existing case status then Show them a screen to input the case number and while clicking on the Next button it should display the core case information
- For new case it should display the UI to create a new case with minimal values.
